Account setup, preferences and security

Verify your account, reset a password, select display preferences and protect access.

Screenshots show the real application in an isolated demo environment with fictional example data. Setup notices and controls may differ by environment, plan and role. Click an image to view it full-size, and always use the values generated in your own workspace.

Sign up and verify email

  1. 1Register with an email address you control and a strong unique password.
  2. 2Open the verification message and follow its signed link. If it has expired, request a new verification message.
  3. 3After verification, sign in and select the intended workspace.
  4. 4If mail is missing, check junk folders, the address used at registration and any resend controls. Do not create repeated accounts as a first troubleshooting step.

Password resets and account changes

Use the password-reset flow when you cannot sign in. Reset links are time-limited and intended for the account recipient. Profile changes may require your password or renewed verification, depending on the field. Use the actual security prompts rather than sharing another person’s account.

Language, theme and timezone

The display preference controls let you choose the available interface language and theme. They change the interface, not the business deadline. The campaign timezone and workspace timezone are separate timing settings.

These help articles are currently written in English. Interface language selection does not automatically translate every guide or the custom copy you type into campaigns.

Protect the account and its data

  • Invite teammates with their own accounts and the smallest useful role.
  • Keep API keys and webhook signing secrets in server-side secret storage, not emails or website embeds.
  • Log out on shared computers and revoke credentials you no longer use.
  • Treat account deletion as destructive: review the confirmation and preserve any permitted data you need first.
  • Never send support a password, complete API key, signing secret or payment card number.
