Separate workspace, separate client data
An agency can manage supported client workspaces when its plan and role allow it. Each workspace has its own campaigns, members, designs and reports. The agency-client relationship does not mean all customer records are pooled together.
Check the current workspace before every edit. Agency clients and reseller controls may be shown only in the appropriate agency context, not while browsing a client’s branded domain.
Create and prepare a client workspace
- 1Open Agency clients from the eligible agency workspace.
- 2Create the client with a recognizable name and the intended access/plan assignment.
- 3Switch into that workspace and confirm its effective entitlements before creating customer-facing campaigns.
- 4Set the supported branding, invite the client through the appropriate membership workflow and test their actual role.
- 5Use Back to agency or the workspace switcher to return before managing another client.
Hierarchy and delegated capabilities
Client creation is limited by the supported hierarchy depth and workspace kind. A client workspace cannot simply create unrestricted children. Its effective features depend on the agency/reseller assignment and applicable platform restrictions, not only a name such as “premium.”
Operational checklist
- Document which workspace owns each customer campaign.
- Use named individual accounts instead of one shared agency login.
- Review delegated access after a plan or membership change.
- Keep campaign publishing and customer checkout rules aligned.
- Do not promise a client a feature before checking its effective allowance.
