Logos, offer artwork and expiry images
Upload the right image, avoid crop surprises and distinguish campaign artwork from workspace branding.

Screenshots show the real application in an isolated demo environment with fictional example data. Setup notices and controls may differ by environment, plan and role. Click an image to view it full-size, and always use the values generated in your own workspace.
Choose the right asset field
A campaign logo identifies the sender or offer. Offer artwork illustrates the promotion inside a supported composition. An expiry image is a replacement for the closed state. These fields serve different purposes and are not interchangeable.
Workspace branding, including its navigation logo and favicon, is managed separately in Branding & domains. Updating a workspace logo does not mean that every custom campaign image has been replaced.
Upload and verify
- 1Prepare a supported image with enough resolution for the intended display size.
- 2Upload it in the matching Images field and wait for completion. Follow any file type or size error shown by the form.
- 3Inspect the actual rendered preview, including transparent edges and the composition’s crop.
- 4Save the design. If it is an expiry image, choose the Image expiration action and verify the expired preview as well.
Readable, safe artwork
- Keep essential copy away from crop boundaries.
- Use transparent logos only when they remain readable on the selected background.
- Avoid embedding private customer details in shared imagery.
- Use artwork you own or have permission to distribute in emails and public pages.
- If an image fails after upload, check the saved preview before changing your email HTML.
Replace or remove an asset
Use the appropriate remove/replace control rather than editing the public image URL manually. Save and retest the live and expired views. Old responses in an email proxy may outlive the replacement, so test a newly fetched image before concluding the upload did not work.
