Screenshots show the real application in an isolated demo environment with fictional example data. Setup notices and controls may differ by environment, plan and role. Click an image to view it full-size, and always use the values generated in your own workspace.
Use Billing & usage as the current source
Open Billing & usage in the selected workspace to see the current plan, subscription state and allowances. Prices and available options can change, so use the amounts shown at checkout rather than a static documentation price.
Direct platform billing is owner-controlled. An agency-managed client workspace can use delegated reseller entitlements instead of its own platform subscription; its billing screen may direct you to the agency rather than offer direct checkout.
Choose or change a paid plan
- 1Confirm that you are the owner of the correct direct-billed workspace.
- 2Review the included capabilities and limits, not only the monthly or yearly price.
- 3Open the checkout option and verify the currency, billing period, tax/discount information and total displayed by the payment provider.
- 4Complete the provider’s flow, return to the app and check the recorded subscription state. A return URL alone is not proof of successful payment.
Billing portal and cancellation
Use the billing portal when it is available to manage the provider-supported payment method, invoices or subscription changes. The cancellation screen tells you whether the change is immediate or scheduled; review the date before confirming.
After a cancellation or downgrade, check which features remain available and whether published campaigns use restricted settings. Cancelling the SaaS subscription is separate from deleting an account, stopping a campaign or cancelling a customer’s order in your store.
Pending or failed changes
Billing updates depend on verified provider events and synchronization. If access has not changed yet, check the payment result and refresh Billing & usage. Avoid repeated purchases to force access. Keep the payment reference for support, but never share full card details, passwords or API credentials.
Trials and discounts
A trial or discount exists only when the current plan and checkout offer it. Check its end date, renewal amount and conditions in the actual checkout/portal. Do not assume every workspace receives a trial or that a discount permanently changes the standard price.
