Browse templates and reuse saved designs

Understand the built-in library, plan-limited choices and why existing campaign designs do not change automatically.

Screenshots show the real application in an isolated demo environment with fictional example data. Setup notices and controls may differ by environment, plan and role. Click an image to view it full-size, and always use the values generated in your own workspace.

Built-in versus saved templates

The current built-in library contains 200 designs across 14 families, including Classic, Boxes, Flip cards, Pills, Minimal, Rings, Glass, Banner, Underline, Button, Button with logo, Offer card, Offer card split and Offer banner. Your plan may make only a subset available.

Shared designs are starting points. A workspace-saved template is a reusable design belonging to that workspace and has a separate permission/feature allowance. A template appearing in another workspace does not grant access to it here.

Choose a template for the channel

  1. 1Open Templates in the workspace navigation and browse the available families.
  2. 2Choose a strip for a compact email section, a banner for short offer copy or an offer card for a fuller promotion.
  3. 3Select Use template to start a campaign, or select an eligible template in an existing campaign’s designer.
  4. 4Inspect the preview at the width customers will actually see, then save the campaign’s design.

Existing campaigns keep their saved artwork

A campaign stores its own design configuration. New library styling does not silently change timers already used in sent emails. To adopt an updated preset, deliberately select it in the designer, review the resulting settings and save.

Selecting a new template can replace current visual choices. Record or save a design you need to reuse before switching. The current campaign deadline and publishing destinations should still be reviewed independently.

If a template is unavailable

Check Billing & usage, the selected workspace and any plan warning. A zero template allowance disables access; a smaller allowance may expose only the first eligible shared designs. Do not try to bypass this by copying a template ID from another workspace.
